2. Service Description
SEOPlant is an AI-powered SEO content workflow platform providing keyword research, content generation, SERP analysis, and competitive analysis. Content is generated via third-party AI providers.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials. Provide accurate registration information. One account per person or entity.
4. Content Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to content you generate. We do not claim ownership of your articles, keywords, or project data.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not generate spam, malware, or deceptive content
- Do not violate applicable laws or regulations
- Do not reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service
6. Billing
Certain features consume credits. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. Refunds handled case-by-case.
7. Liability
SEOPlant is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate accounts violating these terms. Data deleted within 30 days.
